Suzanne’s professional journey began in nursing, where she specialised across multiple clinical disciplines before becoming a Senior Sister in Intensive Care. These formative years gave her deep insight into trauma, human resilience, and the complexities of care in high-pressure environments — lessons that continue to shape her distinctive approach to both therapy and business leadership.

Eager to broaden her impact, Suzanne moved into the corporate healthcare sector. She built a highly successful career in medical sales, training, and business development — collaborating with a wide range of organisations, including:

Building on her corporate success, Suzanne founded her award-winning Trauma & Transformation Therapy Clinic. The discovery of Brain Working Recursive Therapy® (BWRT®) became a turning point in both her clinical and business life.

This innovative therapy model transformed her clients’ results and enabled Suzanne to successfully treat over 45 clients per week, establishing her clinic as a trusted, go-to therapy centre within the community.
