My journey began in nursing. I worked across multiple clinical disciplines before becoming a Senior Sister in Intensive Care — a role that taught me everything about trauma, resilience, and human complexity.

Later, I transitioned into healthcare sales and marketing, rising to Key Account Manager and leading a successful team. I worked with:

I learned how to navigate high-stakes business — while keeping patient outcomes and practitioner integrity front and centre.

After retraining as a therapist, I opened my own Trauma & Transformation Therapy Clinic — and grew it into an award-winning business. I treated over 45 clients a week and built strong relationships with GPs, charities, and healthcare providers who regularly referred to me as the go-to trauma specialist in the area.

I also began mentoring my own team of therapists and coaches — helping them grow in confidence, clinical skill, and income.

Following a life-changing diagnosis of neuroendocrine cancer and severe heart failure, I sold my clinic and moved to the Isle of Wight with my husband — choosing peace, nature, and a slower pace of life.

But I wasn’t done creating....

I started again from scratch — this time building a fully online therapy business. Within a short space of time, I had grown it internationally, working with clients from around the world and becoming fully booked once again.

But I soon realised...

I could keep seeing more clients… or I could create more impact.

That’s when I made the decision to scale differently — to support other therapists, coaches, and practitioners to grow confident, sustainable businesses of their own.
